Conference Facilities (available to non members)

Over-Seas House can offer Conference facilities to non members (members receive discount). With the Selection of Conference rooms on offer, we can cater for small one to one interview rooms up to an event for 80/90 delegates with break out rooms. Over-Seas House is ideal for local offices to hold meetings away from the working environment.
Use our central location on Princes street as an ideal venue to bring together staff from premises scattered over Edinburgh or Scotland. The Club House is only five minutes from Waverley railway station, all major bus routes pass by our doors and Castle Terrace car park is 5 minutes walk through Princes Street Gardens

We offer Delegate Day Rates based on a minimum of ten people, room hire, tea\coffee with mini pastries on arrival, tea\coffee and biscuits during the morning and again in afternoon, soup and sandwiches working lunch with fruit basket and soft drinks. Mineral water and cordials provided throughout the day with extension lead, screen and flipchart stands for £27 per person. For £3 pp extra we offer a two course Lunch in the restaurant as an alternative to the working lunch. Data projector, TV and Video, Slide Projector can be organised for an extra charge.

Over night accommodation is available for those attending events from £65 single, £85 twin or double rooms en suite most with castle views and rate includes full cooked Scottish breakfast.
