The Royal Over-Seas League is a Commonwealth membership organisation with more than 20,000 members worldwide, historic clubhouses at prestigious locations in Edinburgh and London plus Reciprocal arrangements and a network of contacts around the world. ROSL is committed to increasing mutual interest and understanding between peoples and to promoting the arts among young people of the Commonwealth.

The numerous activities organised by the ROSL cater for a wide variety of interests and tastes. Details of future events are given in the quarterly magazine Overseas, which is mailed to members around the world.

Over-Seas House Edinburgh is situated in the heart of Princes Street and offers panoramic views of Edinburgh Castle from most bedrooms, public and function rooms.
Function rooms for Conferences, Weddings and Dinner or Lunch parties are available to non-members.
